Daniel Cuende (1971) studied Industrial Engineering at UAX University. In 1991, he co-founded CUENDE Infometrics to create innovative and efficient research methods. He has several well-known developments and patents in the research field.
Daniel was ESOMAR representative from 2005 to 2013, now he is a member of the ESOMAR Disciplinary Committee.
Daniel Cuende is the technical manager for GEOMEX, the Out of Home Audience Measurement in Spain. He is also involved in research on the Australian, Pakistani, Lebanese and many other African countries’ Ooh audience system, in ROUTE UK Ooh audience system. He participates in US MRC (Media Rating Council) Digital OOH Measurement Standards Working Committee.
Cuende is the head of the developing team for the Ooh planning software for USA, Spain, South Africa, Pakistan and UK.
Daniel has been a regular speaker at ESOMAR & ARF International Conferences. He teaches MBA courses and classes at AEPE, University Antonio de Nebrija, CESMA, CEES, University Alfonso X, Univ. Complutense, AEDEMO, IIR, ICADE, Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Spain.
He is an active member of the ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) and SIGKDD (Special Interest Group on Knowledge Discovery in Data and Data Mining) and collaborator of the first study of Marketing economic impact conducted by the Spanish Marketing Association.

Antonio Vincenti is the founder and CEO of Pikasso, a leading outdoor advertising company in the Levant and North Africa, operating in Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, Algeria, Tunisia, Mali and Ivory Coast.
As a passionate believer in the Out-Of-Home medium, Antonio has spent the last 31 years implementing international standards, promoting creativity, supporting noble causes on the billboards, and has participated actively in the development of the Out-Of-Home advertising industry in the MENA region.
A trusted professional in his field, he is involved in several business associations;
Vice President of FEPE(International Federation of Out-Of-Home Advertising) since 2008, and former President from October 2014 till June 2016.

Jean-Emmanuel de Witt has more than twenty-year experience in international media. Jean-Emmanuel came to Russia in 2003 to be responsibe for development of operations of JV Hachette in Russia and the Ukrainian office.
As a vice-president and later publisher of Hearst Shkulev Media Publishing House (earlier – Hachette Filipacchi Shkulev) he managed the company operations, established digital projects and increased market share of its magazine portfolio ( ELLE, MAXIM, PSYCHOLOGIES and others.).
In 2013 Jean-Emmanuel chaired the Publishing House Sanoma Independent Media Company (Vedomosti, The Moscow Times, Cosmopolitan, Esquire, Harper`s Bazaar, National Geographic and others)
Starting June 2016 Jean-Emmanuel de Witt has been announced CEO of Russ Outdoor, the largest OOH operator in Russia. The company takes major interest at digital projects like Russ Digital, which has doubled its share in one year and is now 25% of the market. In 2017 Russ Outdoor in colloboration with SynapsLabs launched an innovative project in the field of measurement and targeting of digital outdoor advertising.

Alexander Epin, 52, is the head and co-owner of TMG (Transit Media Group), the Russian’s largest transit media operator. His career spans 25 years in senior operational and ownership role in transport advertising business, which he established in 1993 and has shaped in a market-leading company with exclusive resources in Moscow, St-Petersburg and national coverage in 250 cities across the Russian Federation.
Alexander Epin holds a degree in Nuclear Physics (St-Petersburg State Polytechnic University, 1986). Ironically, his education hardly to do with advertising, in combination with analytical mindset found its perfect application in developing in-house software for managing sophisticated processes of transit media business.
Within the quarter of the century Alexander has been an advocate of transit media in Russia, working hard on the transformation of this sector as it achieves its new role on media landscape. He focuses on major industry foresights, such as media metrics integration, regulations and new technologies that are important in the media convergence era.
Alexander Epin is a respected authority in the Russian OOH market, Co-chairman of the ACAR OOH Committee (Association of Communication Agencies of Russia), sought-after keynote speaker at the industry events.
Married, has three daughters and four grandkids. A keen boxer, Alexander still makes time to regular trainings.

Natalia is a founding partner and CEO of Video Planning since 2010. Her vision for the future of digital advertising and commitment to DOOH format made the company capture over 30% of Russia’s digital inventory, becoming the industry leader in terms of DOOH expertise.
Natalia graduated from the Moscow State Linguistic University in 2002 and continued her studies at MIRBIS International Business School receiving MBA in Marketing in 2004. She successfully widened her management skills by studying project management at The Higher School of Economics in 2006.
She started her career in 2001 by selling ad slots on the only one available LED-screen in Russia. As digital segment of Russian OOH market grew from scratch, Natalia consolidated available LED screens in the country into a consolidated trading platform, later expanding it by integrating all Russian digital Indoor and Outdoor formats.
In 2017 she received the Media Manager of Russia award for her contribution to the development of Russia’s DOOH industry.

The knowledge received during the education process made it possible for Boris to capture a market share of about 50% in the first year of Tele2 operation in Novosibirsk (2009–2012).
Since 2014, Boris has been working in outdoor advertising. He has built the federal press sales system based on the logistics hubs in major regions of Russia, as well as the buying system for sales comprising over 500 cities and 500 contractors.
In cooperation with Media Direction Group, Boris launched a pilot project of programmatic DOOH (Novosibirsk).
Starting from 2017, Boris has been working for Gallery as Chief Commercial Officer (Regions).
