New Information partners have been announced
OOH Mag, the industry portal devoted to the sphere of OOH distribution, and Insight Expert, service of information and analytical support, are Information Partners of the 10th International OOH Congress which will pass on 27-29 September in St. Petersburg.

Sostav.ru will present the OOH Congress Creative Award 2018
Sostav.ru is the General Information Partner of the 10th International OOH Congress which will take place on September 27-29 in St. Petersburg. OOH Congress Creative Award 2018 will be presented under the aegis of the leading Russian information and analytical portal Sostav.ru. The short list will be endorsed by the Congress headliner Igor Kirikchi, CEO, BBDO Moscow and Managing Director, BBDO Group.
OOH Congress General radio partner has been announced
Radio Business FM became the General radio partner of the 10th International OOH Congress that will take place on 27-29 September in St. Petersburg.
Business FM is the first business radio in the format of 24-hour broadcasting with coverage from Moscow to Novosibirsk. The radio station was the first in Russia to embody the concept of "Breaking News". Every 15 minutes there are reviews of the current events in the country and in the world, the market news (the review of securities quotation, exchange rates, staple prices), information on resignations and appointments, the weather in financial capitals of the world.

Jean-Emmanuel de Witt, CEO of Russ Outdoor, the largest Russian OOH operator, and Alexander Epin, CEO of TMG, the largest federal transit advertising operator, will adress the 10th International OOH Congress on 27-29 September. Jean-Emmanuel de Witt, who has been Russ Outdoor CEO since 2016, will be among the most anticipated headliners of the Congress for the second year in a row. In the first Congress day Mr. de Witt will share his expert assessment of OOH market and development strategy from the standpoint of the media owner. In turn, Alexander Epin will give insight into the prospects of the Russian transit advertising. Both speakers will join the Grand council 2018 that will vote for nominees of the All-Russian OOH Awards 2018.
